VACUUM/THERMO FORMING - SHORT RUNS

One of the challenges of marketing new products is developing the proper packaging to enhance the image and application that creates the purchasing incentive. Thermo forming for short runs whether light gauge or heavy gauge, small parts or large presents challenges. Our team has worked in a broad range of industries including medical, electronics, POP, automotive, marine, packaging, RV, etc. We can support your efforts patterns to prototypes and on through production and assembly. We manufacture for several fortune 500 companies.

We will evaluate your product specifications and our engineering team will work with you to establish a project profile. Our skilled craftsman will work with you to establish a tooling package that meets your requirements and budget. We design and build tools in our facility utilizing wood, epoxy and aluminum.

Our state of the art computer controlled equipment can handle a wide range of products from shallow formed parts to deep drawn parts (28" depth) and thin gauge, .030" thin up to .375" thick. Our CNC machining centers assure fast, accurate trimming. We offer secondary services for painting, EMI coatings, ultrasonic welding, punching and assembly.

Our facilities include a complete program for the design, prototyping and manufacturing of your custom thermoformed. Our team has over 30 years experience in producing packaging products as well as numerous custom products using thin and heavy gauge thermoforming.

Our fully equipped Machine Shop is staffed by qualified machinists with extensive plastics product development background. This allows us to build prototype thermoformed tooling for blister-packs in rapid time, allowing you to have samples more quickly. In addition, we are capable of going beyond your prototype and short run requirements to full service production.

Product storage options are available in our 100,000 square feet warehouse space on premises. A computer inventory system tracks your product from single cartons to multiple truckload volumes.

Thin Gauge Thermoforming
