Cable & Harness Assembly

We can simplify the supply chain that supports sub-assembly and system builds. A wide range of volumes and cable types can be supported, including:

  • Multi-wire harnesses
  • Coax cables
  • Electromechanical assemblies

Full continuity or other testing is performed on all cables.

Final System Assembly

We are experienced at assembling top-level products with a broad range of complexities and volumes. Many of these units require customer configurations per order. System assembly related services include:

  • Complete assembly and test
  • Build to order
  • Agency requirements (UL, CSA, etc.)
  • Software downloading
  • CD bulk duplication

Depot Repair

We take the headache out of depot repair. There are many reasons why it makes sense to have the same operation that builds the product also take care of processing units returned from the field, whether for repair, upgrade, or both.

Product may be sent directly from, and returned to, your customer in a manner totally transparent to them. We'll process the units, gather necessary data, then return the products as instructed.

Engineering & Design

The most successful products are those that have high levels of manufacturability. This leads to higher quality and reliability and minimized material and assembly costs. Our experienced engineering staff will help you design a product that will maximize your success.

We maintain a suite of the latest tools that allow us to make the most of your CAD data. These tools are used for design reviews as well as process and test development.
