Focusing on quick turn, prototype machined parts in metal and plastic, our prototype machining quotes are returned in 24 hours (or less) and parts are consistently shipped in 10-14 days and faster if you need a quicker delivery.
We are set up with multiple vertical CNC mills and CNC lathes. Your 3D solid model along with pdf prints, if available, makes the quote process very simple. Parts of simple to medium complexity suit us best. Part sizes up to 40" x 16" can be milled and turnings handled up to 12" diameter with 36" length.
We excel at fabricating heatsinks (billet and extruded), shafts, plates, brackets, motor mounts and bus bars.
Prototype Machining Material Options include: All metals (including Stainless, High-Temp Alloys, Brass, Copper, Titanium and Tool Steel etc.) and Machined plastics (All available materials.)
Prototype Machining Secondary services include: Engraving, De-Burring, Grinding, hard coat anodizing and duracoat® services as well as, tapping and counter-sinking.
