Our specialty is the fabrication of custom gaskets for clients in various industries including defense, aerospace, power generation, mining, electronics, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage. Our staff has over 200 years of combined expertise in the sealing industry. We are constantly innovating by incorporating the latest manufacturing processes to assist our customers in developing solutions for their sealing needs.
Material options such as as rubber, fiber, synthetics, plastic and metals give us the flexibility to produce gaskets with temperature ranges of -200° to 2300°F and with pressure ranges to 10,000 psi. We fabricate diameters of 0.015" to 20' and thicknesses of 0.001" to 2". Our diverse capabilities afford you the ability to acquire accurately produced prototypes or low to high run quantities with quick turnaround times.
The ATOM Flashcut dieless knife cutting system is the latest development for cutting a wide variety of materials with varying thicknesses. It has the ability to cut most of the really hard materials used in the gasket & converting related fields. The knife cutting table is capable of cutting, with high speed, quality and precision, materials like tang graphite with one or two layers of steel, asbestos free sheet, or foams and rubbers. The machine operates on a CAD program where drawings are loaded and stored.
