Our team specializes in three of the most common rubber molding operations; compression, injection molding, and transfer. Manufacturers utilize rubber for its extreme durability and resilience with performance characteristics that are suited for applications requiring sturdy functioning within high pressure environments or during extreme distortion conditions. Our ability to manufacture high-performance products constructed from this durable material, allows us to service multiple industries, including aerospace, electronics, and medical when prototyping services are required.
We have designed climate controlled laboratories that regulate temperature, humidity, and dust. The environment in our 40,000 square foot production facility decreases the chances of climate variables detracting from the quality of the finished product.
We incorporate both electric and steam presses for full range of transfer and rubber compression molding capabilities. Our process can provide up to 500°F and 300 tons of pressure to provide excellence in manufacturing. We can provide you with a broad spectrum of rubber materials ranging from elastomers to neoprene, Buna N, and EPDM. Precision tolerances can be held to (±) .005 inches and we can manufacture parts measuring up to thirty six inches in length, width, and height.
Our engineering team test product samples through various stages of the production cycle. We stock natural and synthetic rubber materials in-house. This inventory control allows us to maintain efficient scheduling for both small and large volume projects. Your material order is mixed specifically to meet custom, ASTM or MIL-R standards.
Our team is determined to provide clients with superior products that meet high industry standards. Even after manufacturing is complete, we store all of our finished work in designated areas at specified temperatures, ensuring our products are delivered to our clients without distortions. We also invite you to contact Our team to inquire after any of our additional service options, which include, but are not limited to, rubber to metal bonding, anodizing, and Fast-Track prototyping. From aircraft and robotic components to custom seals and insulators, we offer superior custom rubber molding products and services.
We are committed to evaluating your needs and applying our resources to support your program through our prototype services team.
