Large Precision Metal Formed Parts
We manufacture prototype and Short-Run deep drawn metal components using hydroforming process. The advantage is in the shorter time and smaller investment to make the simpler tools required compared to typical forming tools.
For heavier materials or odd shapes like ovals, the hydroforming process is used to manufacture prototypes. We have the capacity to hydroform large parts up to 120"x30"x40".
Our team inspects using the CMM – Carl Zeiss – This is the most advanced and highly sought after inspection system by OEMs. It’s a must if you are going to service OEMs and Tier 1 accounts.
